Shipping Policy
At Bella Vita International, we currently ship throughout Canada only.
1. Shipping Areas
We ship our products to addresses located in Canada, including:
- Quebec
- Ontario
- the Atlantic provinces
- the Prairies
- British Columbia
- certain territories, depending on carrier availability
We do not currently ship outside Canada.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days following payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, additional delays may apply.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once the order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Quebec: 1 to 5 business days
- Ontario: 2 to 7 business days
- Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 10 business days
- Remote areas and territories: 5 to 15 business days
These timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or any other situation beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated:
- either at a flat rate
- or based on the delivery address and package weight
- or offered free starting at a certain purchase amount
Applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When an order is shipped, a confirmation email may be sent to the customer with tracking information, when available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and verify the accuracy of their shipping information.
6. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address at the time of the order.
In the event of an error in the address provided, Bella Vita International cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges that may result.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed.
Bella Vita International cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- the carrier
- weather conditions
- strikes
- high-volume periods
- address errors provided by the customer
- any other circumstance beyond our control
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within a reasonable time following the expected delivery date.
We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with the carrier when necessary.
Proof may be requested, including:
- a photo of the package
- a photo of the damaged product
- confirmation of the delivery address
9. Delivery to Remote Areas
Certain remote areas in Canada may result in:
- longer delivery times
- higher shipping fees
- service limitations depending on the carrier
Where applicable, we will contact the customer before shipment if an adjustment is required.
10. Unavailable Products or Preparation Delays
If an ordered item becomes unavailable or is subject to an exceptional delay, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer:
- an additional delay
- a replacement, where applicable
- or a cancellation with refund, depending on the situation
