Return and Exchange Policy<\/h1>

At Bella Vita International<\/strong>, we want to offer a simple and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, exchange, and store credit policy below.<\/p><\/div>

1. General Policy<\/h2>

All final sales are non-refundable.<\/strong>
We do not offer refunds<\/strong> for purchases made through our online store.<\/p><\/div>

Depending on the eligibility of the returned product, we may offer an exchange.<\/strong><\/p>

2. Time Limit to Submit a Request<\/h2>

Return requests must be made within 30 days<\/strong> of the date the order is received.<\/p>

After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return, exchange, or issuance of store credit.<\/p>

3. Eligibility Conditions<\/h2>

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must:<\/p>

  • be in its original condition<\/li>
  • not have been used<\/li>
  • be returned in its original packaging, when possible<\/li>
  • be accompanied by valid proof of purchase<\/li><\/ul>

    We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.<\/p>

    4. Non-Eligible Items<\/h2>

    The following items are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or return, except where required by applicable law:<\/p>

    • sale or clearance products<\/li>
    • personalized or custom-made products<\/li>
    • products opened, used, or damaged by the customer<\/li>
    • any other item identified as final sale<\/li><\/ul>

      Where applicable, this information will be indicated on the product page.<\/p>

      5. Return Procedure<\/h2>

      Before returning an item, the customer must contact Bella Vita International<\/strong> to obtain return instructions, by email at info@bellavitainternational.com<\/b>.<\/p>

      Any merchandise returned without prior authorization may be refused.<\/p>

      The customer must provide:<\/p>

      • their order number<\/li>
      • a description of the reason for the return<\/li>
      • photos of the product, if the item is damaged or defective<\/li><\/ul>

        6. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>

        Except in the case of an error on our part or a situation covered by applicable law, return shipping costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>

        Original shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/p>

        7. Damaged, Defective Products or Order Errors<\/h2>

        If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the one ordered, please contact us within 5 business days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>

        After review, we may, depending on the situation:<\/p>

        • replace the item<\/li>
        • process an exchange<\/li>
        • issue store credit<\/li>
        • or apply any other appropriate measure in accordance with our legal obligations<\/li><\/ul>

          In Quebec, an internal policy does not eliminate the legal remedies that may apply to a defective product.<\/p>

          8. Exchanges<\/h2>

          We may accept an exchange when an eligible product is returned in accordance with this policy and subject to stock availability.<\/p>

          If the item requested in exchange is no longer available, store credit may be offered instead.<\/p>

          9. Unclaimed or Refused Packages<\/h2>

          If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or because an incorrect address was provided, Bella Vita International<\/strong> may:<\/p>

          • refuse a refund<\/li>
          • refuse an exchange<\/li>
          • issue store credit, at its discretion<\/li>
          • or charge reshipping fees before sending it again<\/li><\/ul>

            10. Order Cancellation<\/h2>

            An order may only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed or shipped.<\/p>

            Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. It must follow this return, exchange, or store credit policy, where applicable.<\/p>
